  • AdMob
  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Facebook
5. User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the application. It is recommended to avoid jailbreaking or rooting your device to prevent security vulnerabilities.

Usage of the application outside Wi-Fi coverage may incur data charges from your mobile network provider, including roaming fees, for which you are solely responsible.

The Company is not liable for keeping your device charged. Ensure your device is adequately powered to access the application and its services.

Although we endeavor to keep the application updated and accurate, we depend on third parties for information. The Company disclaims all liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from reliance on the application's functionality.

7. Updates and Discontinuation

The Company does not guarantee updates tailored to individual needs and may discontinue the application without prior notice. Upon discontinuation, you must stop using and, if necessary, uninstall the application.

9. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds

Subscriptions: Some features may require a subscription, processed either by the application, a third party, or directly by the platform owner (e.g., Apple). Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via your iTunes account settings, effective after the current period ends.

Trial Periods: Free trial subscriptions can be canceled anytime through iTunes settings.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may auto-renew, with payments charged to your provided credit card. Manage or cancel subscriptions via your account settings to avoid charges.

Price Adjustments: The Company may alter subscription pricing, notifying you in advance. Changes apply only to future renewals.

🍎 App Store Refund Policy

Refund Requests: All purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. If you wish to request a refund, you must submit your request directly to Apple through the App Store or iTunes.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
  • Find the purchase you want to request a refund for
  • Select "Report a Problem" and follow the on-screen instructions
  • Alternatively, you can contact Apple Support directly

Information Collection for Refunds: When you submit a refund request, you agree to Apple collecting necessary personal information to process your case. This may include your Apple ID, purchase history, account activity, subscription details, payment information (excluding full credit card numbers), the reason for your refund request, and device details. This information is used solely for processing refunds and is protected under Apple's privacy policy.

Refund Processing: Apple will review your request and determine whether you are eligible for a refund based on their policies. We, as the app developer, do not have the authority to approve or deny refund requests. All refund decisions are made by Apple.

No Guarantee: Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be granted. Apple's decision is final.
